We don't rent out the Bach, but we will occationally trade time there for donated skilled labor. In the past we've bartered for construction and cleaning services; although, we are open to any ideas. To the left are some of the current projects that we've identified.

To get a general idea of the going barter rate and value of staying at the Bach, you can Google for Lake Cushman waterfront rentals at the time of the year that you'd like (i.e., Low Season = Nov-Mar, Mid = Sep, Oct, Apr, May; High = Jun-Aug).

The time when work is performed does not necessarily have to be at the time of the stay; althought, it can be. Generally, I don't think it would be an enjoyable vacation if you were working for part of the time.
