This is the existing basement wall. The task to be bartered is as follows:

Remove and replace with normal white vinyl windows these two windows and one smaller window (unpictured) to the right. Install new trim. Homeowner will side over the existing t1-11 following the window replacement. Existing siding can be cut back for removal and installation and then filled afterword.

Homeowner preceeved challenge areas: (1) This is a vary wet area because of prevailing horizontal blowing rain. (2) Need to take into account the final wall thinkness for window placement and trim thinkness.
