This is an existing cedar framed cable-rail deck and stair railing. The task to be bartered is as follows:

Install clear cedar posts and top rail on both sides of lower stairs and one side of upper stairs. Homeowner will install cables, but service provider will install posts and top rail.

Homeowner preceeved challenge areas: (1) integration of right side railing with the existing rai/deckl at the top, (2) anchoring of posts in gravelly soil at the bottom, (3) cleanly integrating the inside corner top rail at the landing.
